Clear boundaries for useful early engineering guidance.
These terms apply when you use the Aurea Engineering website, Concept Lab, customer workspace, optional AI screen, and fixed-price report checkout.
By using those features, you agree to these terms. A separate signed proposal or services agreement controls if it conflicts with this page.

A screen is not engineering approval
Concept Lab automated results are preliminary information generated from the inputs available at that moment. They organize possible risks, missing requirements, material or process directions, budget bands, and recommended next steps. They do not replace calculations, physical inspection, testing, professional judgment, supplier validation, regulatory review, patent counsel, or a project-specific engineering scope.
Automated and AI-generated outputs may be incomplete or wrong. Do not rely on them for safety-critical decisions, medical use, structural adequacy, regulatory compliance, patentability, investment decisions, production release, or final pricing. A named Aurea engineer must review the applicable evidence and expressly approve any professional deliverable before it should be treated as Aurea engineering work.
You are responsible for verifying inputs and explaining loads, environment, scale, intended use, failure consequences, quantities, interfaces, and other facts that materially affect the analysis.
Use only information you may lawfully share
You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity conducted through your account. Notify Aurea promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not attempt to bypass limits, probe the service, upload malware, interfere with other users, or use the tools for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful activity.
You retain ownership of the project information you provide. You grant Aurea and its service providers the limited permission needed to operate the feature you request, such as storing saved report text, processing a payment, or performing an explicitly requested AI visual screen. You represent that you have the right to submit the information and that doing so does not violate another person’s rights, confidentiality obligation, export restriction, or law.
Do not submit classified information, export-controlled technical data, protected health information, payment-card data outside Stripe checkout, or information requiring a security regime not expressly agreed in writing. Contact Aurea first if the project needs an NDA, controlled access, special retention, or a dedicated transfer method.
Fixed-price checkout starts a defined review
A paid Concept Lab product purchases the report described at checkout, based on the evidence you provide. It does not purchase unlimited consultation, detailed CAD, formal calculations, testing, certification, patent legal services, or a complete product-development program unless the checkout description or a later written agreement expressly includes it.
Stripe confirms payment before fulfillment begins. Aurea may contact you to request the files or facts needed to complete the report. Delivery timing depends on receiving usable information and may be extended when the project is unusually complex, regulated, safety-critical, or outside the intended report scope. If a request cannot be responsibly handled as the selected fixed-price report, Aurea will explain the issue and propose an appropriate next step, which may include a revised scope or refund rather than an unsupported conclusion.
Prices, included work, and availability can change before purchase. The price and description shown in the completed Stripe checkout govern that order. Taxes, if applicable, are handled as shown at checkout. Questions about an order should be sent to Info@aureaengineering.com.
A project begins with confirmed scope and assumptions
Website content, messages, automated outputs, and preliminary calls do not create a professional engineering relationship or a duty to approve a design. A broader engagement begins only when Aurea accepts a defined scope through the applicable written proposal, statement of work, or services agreement.
Concept Lab budget ranges and schedules are planning estimates, not binding quotations. Final fees and timing depend on requirements, evidence quality, revision cycles, technical risk, supplier participation, and deliverables. Intellectual-property ownership, confidentiality, licensing, acceptance, liability, and warranty terms for commissioned engineering work will be addressed in the applicable project agreement.
To the extent permitted by law, the website and automated tools are provided as available without a promise that they will be uninterrupted or error-free. These terms are governed by applicable law and may be updated for future use. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
Turn the automated screen into a controlled engineering decision.
Send the generated scope to Aurea so assumptions, safety, standards, schedule, and commercial terms can be confirmed.
